DEFINITIONS

In this document the following terms shall have the following meanings and will be referenced in Shodo’s privacy policy, Rules for Shodo’s Sweepstakes, as well as this document: Legal Terms and Conditions for Shodo Site.

1.5 "Sponsor(s)" - owners of Shodo website.
1.6 “Affiliate(s)” - the accepted and/or adopted member of Shodo.
1.7 “Moderator(s)” - person(s) whose role is to preside over Shodo website and/or services.
1.8 “Artist(s)” - singer, musician, and/or band member.
This website/service is operated by Shodo and its affiliates.

By accessing and using our website and any associated content, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other notices, guidelines and rules published by us on Shodo.sbs (each of which is incorporated into the Terms by this reference). 3. Shodo website and its sponsors reserve the right its intellectual property rights. Artists shall have the right of their own personal intellectual property as well, including, but not limited to, music, lyrics, and/or trademarks representing the artist(s).
4. Shodo website and its services are strictly for Independent Artists only. Any artist(s) and/or bands who have a label that is NOT independent, will not be showcased on Shodo website or its services.
5. Any user with an “artist” role, may upload lyrics, songs, etc and/or remove them at any time.
6. A team of selected moderators will assist with ratings of each artist and/or band.
7. Shodo website, its affiliates, and/or moderators including but not limited to Shodo’s services, reserve the right to remove an artist(s) and/or band at any time.
